Issue
BOCES required an analysis of over 40 school districts and BOCES campuses to identify existing services, analyze customer service records, compare service providers, and provide recommendations for service changes.
Solution
“ECC Technologies completed the necessary analysis and recommendations, and provided project management of district cutovers to new telecom services. Project responsibilities include account validation and invoice review.
Outcome
As a result of the project success, ECC is currently evaluating participating Districts’ telephone systems for applicable BOCES aid and support for maintenance, upgrades, or replacement systems.
