ECC evaluates your organization’s operations, call flow and volumes to determine optimum service capacities and system configuration.  We will define user requirements for telephone lines and numbers; unified dial plans; and negotiate telephone service agreements for local, long distance, toll free and cellular services.  Our approach is to provide comprehensive project management to ensure a successful cutover to your new system.
