Hired as Project Consultants for Ontario County Regional Open Access Telecommunications Model

ECC Technologies hired as project consultants to develop the business plan for the Ontario County Regional Open Access Telecommunications Model.

ECC Technologies is tasked with the development of the Ontario County Business Plan.  This plan, when completed in January of 2005, will outline the development, management and operations of a municipally supported telecommunications system within Ontario County, New York.  The goal of this system will be to support economic development, public safety, healthcare, education and telecommunications competition in this rural community.
