RAPID CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES
Support services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to respond to any connectivity issues. Hardware failures are replaced by 10AM the next business day. Secondary network connections are available if the facility needs a redundant network connection. Email notifications are also available if requested for your facilities IT staff or helpdesk in the event a service disruption is detected for longer than 5 minutes.
